03 / AUTOMATION & SELECTED WORK
Four connected systems I built, alongside examples of my executive, CRM, and customer support work. Employer and client details are kept private.
Daily briefings, work alerts, tasks, and work-tool access in one assistant.
Important requests and next actions arrive across email, Teams, calendars, and CRM records.
A command hub connected to intake, briefing, alert, task, file-reading, CRM, and calendar workflows.
A published assistant system with stored task and delivery state. Sending tools include approval checks and draft verification.
Turn a researched lead into a tailored introduction and a traceable CRM record.
Fresh prospects need relevant outreach while existing conversations need different handling.
CRM history checks, structured email drafting, final mail and record checks, sent-copy verification, and a follow-up handoff.
30 prospects and 30 personalized outreach emails reported on 7 October 2026. Sampled CRM records show sent status and scheduled follow-up dates.
The records support outreach activity; they do not attribute every email or business result to this automation.
A deliberate follow-up process with due dates, conversation checks, and confirmed-send tracking.
A new reply, an opt-out, or an uncertain earlier send should change the next step.
A workflow that checks previous correspondence and due dates, prepares messages, verifies sending, and reconciles saved attempts.
100 personalized follow-up emails reported on 16 September 2026. The workflow defines timing, review holds, and CRM updates around confirmed sends.
The daily figure describes operations work. Automation-specific response rates and time savings have not been measured.
Convert a recording into a transcript, a structured summary, and a next action for the right lead.
Useful call information needs to be captured and associated with the correct prospect.
Recording intake, transcription handoff, exact phone matching, AI analysis, validation, and CRM updates.
Ambiguous matches, missing transcripts, and low-confidence analysis stop for review. This case demonstrates the implementation.
A fresh end-to-end execution example is still needed following a reported recording integration issue.
OPERATIONS IN PRACTICE
I researched prospects, maintained lead details, coordinated calendars, and followed up after executive conversations. A sampled October prospect record includes an accepted meeting, confirmation that the discussion took place, a company-profile follow-up, and a request for site information.
Research, tailored communication, scheduling, and CRM next actions.
A confirmed prospect discussion and documented follow-through.
Monday.com, Outlook, Calendar, and Teams.
I handled a stuck-connector inquiry, attempted a remote restart, and followed up. The customer confirmed that their building manager helped physically release the cable and that the issue was resolved. My contribution was troubleshooting, communication, and checking the outcome.
I helped check that a customer's prepaid credit appeared correctly after a platform change, communicated the status, and kept a separate subscription question open for confirmation. The work records document the balance issue as corrected.
I reviewed a monthly batch and organized its exceptions before accounting entries. The 5 October update records 54 reports: 42 marked approved for final preview and 12 held for review. This work covered report preparation; Xero entries were still pending approval.
I checked an annual platform fee and replied to a customer with the confirmed information. The dated work update records the inquiry as sorted.
I also built workflows for product research, storyboards, reference-based image generation, prompts, and captions. Saved request state and delivery receipts help organize reusable outputs. These are creative preparation and image workflows; finished-video and campaign results are not claimed.
MY WORKING STYLE
I like making scattered or repetitive work structured, trackable, and easier to manage.
